To simplify the submission procedure, the artworks to be exhibited will be selected on a lottery basis. To qualify for the lottery each of the women artists must: Have demonstrated capability through gallery exhibitions Be 18 or over Be or become a member of KWAHS Reside and work in Monroe County Loan Agreement/Applications for the lottery process are available at the Custom House,(or print your own by clicking here) Loan Agreement/Applications accepted July 1 thru August 15, 2005. The Process Complete a Loan Agreement/Application form including your contact information, title, medium and dimensions of your submission [a recent artwork that reflects your current style and has not been exhibited at the Custom House before.] Only one artwork per artist. An independent official will randomly draw 75 applications. Selected artists will be contacted to bring in their artwork during the first two weeks of August. Exhibition dates: September 7 thru October 21, 2005.
