Seward Johnson Exhibit Breaking All RecordsKey West Art and Historical Society CEO Claudia Pennington announced that Seward Johnson’s “Beyond the Frame” exhibit’s run would be extended into the summer.
“The show is breaking attendance records,” Pennington said, “and we’ve added another sculpture to the porch. It is Seward’s rendition of Van Gogh’s ‘The Landlady.’”
Pennington said more than 200 people are stopping by daily to see the unique exhibit of Seward’s life-size sculptures.
“Everyone loves being able to interact with the art,” she said. “We are also allowing all Monroe County school children free admittance to the exhibit. School aged children love this exhibit and it helps bring art to life for them.”
“Beyond the Frame” is open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Tuesday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday-Monday.
